ISO 20121 forces us to ask hard questions about every supplier, every material, every journey. We think that's exactly right.

Scope

Covers the full lifecycle of event production: pre-event planning, on-site operations, and post-event evaluation. Applies to all MIP events regardless of scale or geography.

Key requirements

Environmental impact assessment for all sites; procurement standards; waste management plans with diversion targets; transport planning to minimise emissions; annual third-party audits.

Continual improvement

Our target is to reduce per-event carbon intensity by 15% year-on-year through 2027.
